Your words, your choice. Nothing you build, write, or achieve here is ever used to promote Luxe Landing Pages without your written permission — not your page, not your photo, not your results, not a kind word from a survey or a message. If I ever ask, I'll show you the exact words and exactly where they'd appear, you choose how you're named (or not named at all), and you can change your mind later. No pressure, no fine print, no surprises.
Feedback & Testimonials — How Your Words Are Handled
How feedback works here
Your feedback is how this course gets better, and it is always welcome — the good, the mixed, and the hard to hear.
The end-of-course survey is private. Your answers come to me, and I review them regularly as part of improving the lessons, the resources, and the support students get. Survey answers are never posted automatically — not in the community, not on a website, not anywhere. There is no public review feed here, no public star-rating display, and no public page of survey results, and there won't be: your survey answers are nonpublic — accessible only to authorized administrators and the service providers who run the tools, as necessary — and they are never published.
If something in the course didn't work for you, I want to know. Critical feedback is taken seriously and used — it shapes what gets fixed, clarified, or rebuilt. You will never be treated differently here for being honest, and honest feedback never affects your access, your certificate, or your place in this community.
One boundary, stated plainly: in the spaces I run, I moderate spam, harassment, threats, anything that exposes someone's private information, and other violations of the community rules. That moderation is about conduct and safety — never about opinion. Genuine criticism is never removed merely because it is negative; a critical post that follows the rules stays, and I would rather answer it than remove it.
What stays private
- Your individual survey answers — always. Any summary I ever work from uses themes and averages only, with no name attached to any answer.
- Anything you send me privately — a direct message or a support email — is handled as a private conversation, not material to publish.
- A survey answer is not a testimonial, and it is not permission to quote you. Those are separate things, and the survey never becomes them on its own.
One honest detail, by design: the survey form is configured not to request your name or collect your email address (subject to verification of its actual settings), so a survey answer is not linked to your name or email and cannot be followed up or quoted as yours through the form. That privacy is deliberate. One limit, stated honestly: the two written-answer questions are open-ended, so if you choose to include identifying information in a written answer, that information will be in your response — please only include what you're comfortable sharing. The form runs on Google Forms, and Google — like any service provider — processes technical information (such as IP addresses) under its own Privacy Policy; your answers themselves are nonpublic — accessible only to authorized administrators and service providers as necessary — and are never made public. If you want a personal reply, or you'd like to share your experience publicly, reach me through a channel where I know it's you — a Skool direct message, a community post, or support email (see "How to share feedback or a testimonial" below).
How testimonials are chosen and used
From time to time, I feature a student's real experience — their words, their page, their results — because hearing from someone who has actually done the work helps the next beginner believe it's possible. Here is exactly how that works:
- Genuine experiences only. A testimonial is always a real student's real words about their real experience. Nothing is invented, polished into a different story, or taken from someone who didn't say it.
- Separate written permission, every time. Before anything of yours is featured, I ask you in writing — a Skool direct message or an email — and I describe exactly what would be shown: the specific words, photo, screenshot of your work, or results statement. Nothing is used unless you say yes in writing. Silence is not permission; if you don't reply, I don't use it.
- You choose how you're named. Full name, first name only, your business name, or no name at all — anonymous — whichever you're comfortable with. I use the choice you make, and only that.
- You choose where it appears. The request names the places it would be used — for example, this community, the Luxe Landing Pages website, social media, or an advertisement. Your yes covers the places named in the request, not everywhere forever.
- Edits are limited. Your words may be shortened or tidied for clarity and length only — spelling, punctuation, cutting for space. The meaning is never changed, and a trimmed quote never says something your full words didn't. If you'd like to see the final version before it appears, just ask — I'm glad to show you.
- Results are handled carefully. If your testimonial mentions results — a page finished, a first lead, a booking — it is presented as your individual experience, in your words. It is never presented as typical, expected, or guaranteed, and it is never used to promise anyone else an outcome or an income.
- You can change your mind. If you gave permission and later want it withdrawn, contact me and I will stop future use and take down what I control. (Things already shared onward by others, outside my control, may not be retractable in every case — but everything within my control comes down.)
Featuring is never a condition of enrollment, a certificate, or community membership, and saying no changes nothing about your access or how you're treated here.
Negative reviews elsewhere
Students sometimes share their experiences on independent platforms — review sites, social media, app stores, and other places Luxe Landing Pages doesn't run. Those reviews belong to those platforms and to the people who wrote them. I read them, I respond where the platform allows, and I use what I learn to improve this course. What I cannot do — and will never promise to do — is remove or suppress a review on a platform I don't control. Whether a review stays up is governed by that platform's own policies, not by me. If you ever have a concern you'd like resolved, the fastest route is always to contact me directly — I would far rather fix a problem with you than read about it later.
How to share feedback or a testimonial
- Quick, private feedback: the end-of-course survey (linked in the closing lesson), or a Skool direct message any time.
- Anything you'd like a reply to, or a concern you'd like resolved: email support@latashawoodshicks.com or send a Skool direct message — those reach me with your name attached, so I can actually respond and help.
- Offering a testimonial: just tell me — in a message or an email — that you'd be willing to share your experience. I'll send you the exact wording I'd like to use and where it would appear, and nothing happens until you approve it in writing.
